About the Founder

Sydney is an American Red Cross certified lifeguard and Water Safety Instructor. As a South Florida native, Sydney grew an interest in water activities. She swam competitively for over 10 years and played water polo throughout high school. She became a certified lifeguard in 2014, and started teaching swim lessons shortly after. Sydney quickly realized she had a passion for teaching. Throughout her years of teaching she found the most success when her swimmers are having fun! Understanding the importance of water safety, Sydney set forth on a mission to share her love of the water and become a resource to positively transform lives in and out of the water!

Swim Lessons

Swimming is fun and it is never too late to learn! Swim lessons are offered to all ages. Lessons can vary from foundations, (such as breath holding and kicking) to high skill techniques (such as strokes and endurance training). Swim lessons are offered year-round. Swim Safely With Sydney is a mobile service that conveniently travels to you. No pool? No problem! Sydney also rents pools located throughout Broward county. Pricing varies.
